Served in a pint glass here at Tun Tavern in Atlantic City.
Appearance: a slight hazy amber body with heavy bubbles, head within the initial pour rose to just below a finger's length coming off white in color.
Smell: light floral and hops, honestly smelling it is the worst part because of the fact that the scent is so weak. You sniff and it goes away rather quickly.
Taste: Smooth piney ness to it creates an awesome bitterness to it. It is definitely more of your starter IPA maybe because my palates have developed to a certain taste.
Mouth: without a doubt it's a heavy carbonation with a hard floral stickiness to it.
Overall: pretty good beer, definitely took me by surprise. I would definitely make this a go to beer when I come back here again. Hope you all enjoy and have one on me....Salud!

First had: on tap at their brewery
Probably the best beer in the house, and the only one I really had a desire to try again. Not too intense--and I like intensity in IPAs--relatively smooth, compared to straight-up IPAs. Poured a rusty amber color with a minimal white head. Aroma of light caramel malts and grassy hops. Pretty decent balance of the two in the aroma and the taste, and not much more to speak of. Ends pretty dry with some bitterness. Light-barely-medium bodied, and decent for a session, compared to the other house brews.

Pours a hazy orange-ish color with a white head. In the aroma, mellow orange citrus. In the taste, mellow orange citrus and a nice malt to back it up, although, a bit thin and watery. A nice hop bite and medium bodied mouthfeel, with a small dry orange citrus in the aftertaste. A bit thin, but nice hops and tasty.

Wow this smells like a nice IPA. Smells fruity with some citrus. The taste is awesome with that nice hop bite that fruity citrus grapefruit like flavor coming off the hops. This could seriously be sold at stores have it be compete right up there with the most popular IPA's in my opinion. Closest beer it reminds me of is the Hopdevil from Victory but I'd actually like to say this has some more bitterness in it. The malt backs up with a nice biscuit very fresh malt taste. I can't believe Tun Tavern hasn't distributed some of their beers because this as just as good as any IPA i've had. I had a Dogfish Head 60 minute before this and this really stands up big time especially with its nice bitterness that I'd expect from an IPA. My favorite beer from Tun Tavern hands down.
