Cloudy, amber appearance with an average size white head and little lacing. Understated aroma, dominated by the wheat and light on the fruity esters. Mildly sweet, grainy taste. Flavors are clean, crisp, fresh. Light-bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel with a short lived finish.

Not bad for a wheat beer.

Not as good as when they first opened.
This is true for all of their beers in my opinion.

An unfiltered apricot color with a large head that dissipated very slowly. The aroma was subtle - fruity and fresh . A slightly bitter, fruity taste. An average wheat ale, overall.

Poured into a custom shaped glass: color is straw, few bubbles, minor off white head, no lacing.
Smell neutral malt with a stronger sense of wheat or biscuit, minor earthy hops - honestly fairly bland but not bad smelling.
Taste is similar to the smell - neutral, wheat, light biscuit, light sourness; neutral hops.
Mouthfeel is a bit sharp, biting - the unfiltered quality may have lead to some added dryness.
Overall - an 'average' beer with some off tastes and over dry/sharp mouthfeel.
