P- ABC Brewery...from notes.
A- my second beer before i had the barleywine. Arrives at my table not as cold as expected but a nice dark motor oil rich color with a light tan head. Leaves a nice lil lacing on my glass.
S- a nice folgers coffee roast smell. Some malts and hints of alcohol.
T- coffee and dark chocolate hints.
M- thick and full bodied. Not as creamy as i have had in the past. Coats the mouth and tongue and sticks very nice.
D- a sipping beer. Not one to pound but light on the alcohol content. hard to drink but it was a nice beer dinner. Had with pomegrante blueberry chicken.

At the bar in Shippensburg after dropping the boys at camp. Great, dry, cocoa flavor, really draws the tongue in. We do like this a lot, but it's very different than other stouts we've had, which is not a bad thing when so many are so alike.

11/11/17....pours pitch black, light foam, just a slight tan ring. Dark chocolate nose, like candy. Smooth and milky. Light chocolate. Tasty but with barely a bitter to back it.
