Had on tap at Union Ale House
Appearance: 1/3 inch head, hazy, orange/yellow in color, moderate carbonation
Smell: pine hops, grapefruit, and other citrus
Taste: pine hops, grapefruit, orange, lemon, small caramel malt
Mouthfeel: light bodied and carbonation, bitter with a small sweet backbone
Drinkability: A more American version that English. I do like the pine flavor, but wish there was some more of a malt backbone to balance this out. Not a bad beer for a hophead, but not one I would seek again.

Served on tap at Morris Tap and Grill, in Jersey.
Pours copper clear thick white foam. Sticky. Mild malt nose. Light malt taste, toffee, breads, then a very firm hop bitter. Strong aftertaste. Lots of flavor, but a persistent bitter hangs around a little too much.

On tap @ Lost Abbey, 8/13.
A - Pale golden with minimum head.
S - Citrus, hops, and some funk. Smells almost like a saison or farmhouse style ale at times.
T - More citrus and hops. Definitely a beer I could drink all day during summer.
M - Light bodied beer with medium carbonation. Any more or less carbonation would blow the beer.
O - Wish I would have picked up a growler of this. It's a great session beer for these hot summer days.

Draft at Gourmet Haus Staudt.
Cloudy pale golden appearance, a firm 1" head rests atop and retains well. The nose is hop-forward, reminiscent of citrusy tropical fruit, especially pineapple. Malt is barely perceptible, and the yeast profile is clean. Citrusy, grapefruity hops are dominant on the palate, overwhelming the malt almost entirely. There's a touch of tropical fruit right before the sharply bitter and resiny finish; this has more bitterness than your average IPA, but it's a clean and pleasant bitterness. The body is medium-light, the mouthfeel very dry. It comes off as more of a low alcohol IPA than a pale ale, but it's a great beer either way.

First had: on tap at TJ's, Paoli, PA
After a hard day, I needed a nice fresh and hoppy pale ale, and this was just what the [beer] doctor ordered. Poured a slightly hazy yellowish-amber color with a finger or so of white head; nice retention and lacing. Nose was hop dominant, floral, citrusy, piney, goody. Taste of orange and grapefruit zest and pith, some pine and grass notes, pleasantly bitter with a solid bready malt background. Medium body, crisp, easily drinkable.

On-tap at Lost Abbey
A: The beer pours a clear orange-amber color with a finger of white head and some sticky lacing.
S: A very nice hoppy nose full of of citrus, pine, and floral hop aromas. Just a mild grass note but otherwise it's just tons of grapefruit and other citrus peel. What one might call dank.
T: There is just a mild sweetness of malt and otherwise it's all grapefruit and orange with more subdued notes of pine and grass. A light bitterness with some floral notes to go along with it.
M: Medium bodied with a medium level of carbonation.
O: Really a solid hoppy beer, which is something I always expect from Port.

Appearance: a light gold yellow, almost orange
Smell: Lots of hops, well balanced btwn grass and citrus
Taste: Really good, like someone took a good IPA and turned it down a notch or two, but still left the really good hop flavor behind.
Mouthfeel: Really nice and smooth.
Drinkability: I had three last night, so this is even a good session beer.
