On tap for the 4th Anniversary event at Blue Palms Brewhouse in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a clear dark orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Foamy rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and some slightly fruity aromas. Taste is much the same with a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that is drinkable but the flavors seem muddled and not all that exciting.

On tap at PP OB. Snifter.
A: Amber with good clarity and a fleeting white head.
S: Bready with biscuit and grain. Light earthy notes and a dash of citrus, mainly orange and tangerine. Nicely balanced.
T: Sweet bread with a touch of caramel and evident biscuit. Low bitterness with orange and grapefruit flesh. Balanced smooth finish.
M: Lower medium body with upper medium carbonation.
Overall: A solid Amber Ale. Balanced and drinkable.
