A smooth pour nets nearly no head, a small layer of white froth that deposits some flecks of white on the glass.

Tropical and stone fruit dominate, a deep pungent sweetness is added from some caramel and fruity malt that create the impression of a Caribbean farmer's market. Mangoes, apricot, pineapple and peaches. A perfume of hop aroma, moderate in strength.

Tightly wound malt is sweet and a touch syrupy, lacking any bready or grainy imperfections. Hops evolve somewhat from a tropical tone to one of dried pineapple and dominant apricots with a backing of pine and sweet dark fruit and some muddled earth. Apricot flavor follows into the finish with a below average DIPA bitterness, that is hard pressed to fully dry the hardy malt.

Medium body with tight carbonation, it could use a bit more bubbles. Doesn't possess a drying quality but also completely lacks an alcohol presence on the palate. Ninja sneaky alcohol, I begin to feel it half way through the bomber but hidden so well I can't help but feel impressed.

I didn't know what to expect from this big DIPA and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of topical and pure stone-fruit hops packed into this beer. The alcohol is nearly invisible, if this beer could be brightened up with some citrus and more carbonation you'd easily have a tier one brew.

Thanks to TommyGuz for the trade enjoyed chilled from the bottle in a teku, shared with tenderbranson69.

The color is dark golden with amber hues - only a light haze with visible carbonation and thick 2 finger cap with fine bead and some speckles of lace stick. The smell is excellent - lots of dank and juicy hop aromas with tropical the main odor -pineapple mango and perhaps light grapefruit with a ruby red quality. The mouthfeel is excellent with only a slight sweet tinge-moderately carbonation more on the high side with resinous body and tangy yet not astringent hop texture which increases in bitterness as it warms with slight sharpness near the end of the glass.

The flavor is excellent, lots of the aroma translates into a juicy and tropical blend of pineapple, tangerine, mango and subtle grapefruit with a light grassy dank aspect yet there is sufficient malt to support with very light alcohol in the background. The hops are the star with citrus notes in full effect and very low astringency in the flavor. Overall I was seriously impressed with how much hop aroma/flavor they packed into this triple IPA, excellent drinkability for such a strong IPA!

Thank you TommyGuz for hooking me up with these hashtag beers. Bomber poured into a voodoo teku. The brew appears a clear golden copper color. Really a beautiful polished orange hue with a sudsy topping of off-white froth that paints the glass with frothy patches of lace.

The aroma contains a deep concentration of hoppiness smelling mildly like mango and tropical/pithy fruits. Somewhat of a melon or cantaloupe-like character with an herbal, almost minty aspect. A well rounded nose that is all about the hops with minimal alcohol and malt accent.

The flavor carries that same melon hop flavor like cantaloupe mixing to herbs, pulp and something vaguely like mint. A bit of orange/grapefruit zest bitterness with a slight caramel grain base and alcohol that adds its own layer of fruitiness.

This is a medium to heavier feeling ipa with a moderate amount of carbonation. It packs quite a bit of hop flavor without going overkill on the bitterness. For 10% it drinks pretty easy. Glad I got a chance to try this and would have at it again if the opportunity presented itself.
