P- Thanks to Ray in Pittsburgh
A- light orange peel color that is unfiltered. Minimal head and no lacing.
S- strong aroma of orange and coriander. alcohol and juniper berries round out the smell. Very nicely done. I also get hints of pepper that make this smell really aromatic.
T- corainder and peppercorn come out to dominate the tongue. Very heavy on the alcohol/grain as well.
M- medium bodied beer that lets you know there is some ABV there. The peppery lingers around.
O- very nice brew and i would love a case of this for the summer.

Poured from the bottle into a Hoegaarden glass.
A lifeless head that barely makes a pencil thin puck off the pour, leaving a very faint soapy collar that isn't even. Body color is peach amber, dull, and full of lots of sediment even when pouring slowly, with lots of floaties.
Nose though is quite charming. Hints of white wine, and nice peach like sweetness. Some lemon and citrus character but a real nice peach juicy quality, and this wine like yeast character. Real interesing, and very unexpected for a witbier. Really digging it.
Palate comes nicely. A good malt coating, that hints and accentuates the peach sweetness. Some hints of smooth Belgian sugars but with some powdery clove and hot pepper flavors. Nice quenching juicy finish full and lush with citrus and fruit. Spicy aftertaste that lingers with an interesting heat.
This is a real unique witbier and very enjoyable. Quite memorable I'll have to look out for this again.

I've had this beer several times now and each time it's a little bit different. The appearance is golden yellow with a good amount of haze. The smell this time around is heavy of white peppercorn and hints of coriander and honey. The taste is very similar with a lot of pepper on the front finishing crisp and sweet. The mouthfeel was nothing special but ample for its style. My wife and I love voodoo and this is her go to. I enjoy it as well. The spice blend pairs extremely well with steak and salty foods.
