Bought a bottle (12oz) of this at my local six pack shop for 3.25. Not bad for a great brew! I had no idea there are 12 different types of peppercorn in the world...
A - Looks like a blonde. Hazy yellow with white head which laces the glass with a swirl.
S - smells of yeast and spice. Slight orange zest.
T - Slight pepper and orange. Hops not present so bitter is not an option.
M - Almost creamy and flavor is not overpowering.
D - At 16.99 a sixer it's a bit expensive but I could see myself buying another single again (maybe a bomber if I can find it for under 7.00)
Overall a great twist to the typical blond and another win for voodoo. I got the Big Brown Ale for new years and can't wait to try it but this beer is easily one of my favorites by Voodoo.

Poured from the bottle into a Hoegaarden glass.
A lifeless head that barely makes a pencil thin puck off the pour, leaving a very faint soapy collar that isn't even. Body color is peach amber, dull, and full of lots of sediment even when pouring slowly, with lots of floaties.
Nose though is quite charming. Hints of white wine, and nice peach like sweetness. Some lemon and citrus character but a real nice peach juicy quality, and this wine like yeast character. Real interesing, and very unexpected for a witbier. Really digging it.
Palate comes nicely. A good malt coating, that hints and accentuates the peach sweetness. Some hints of smooth Belgian sugars but with some powdery clove and hot pepper flavors. Nice quenching juicy finish full and lush with citrus and fruit. Spicy aftertaste that lingers with an interesting heat.
This is a real unique witbier and very enjoyable. Quite memorable I'll have to look out for this again.
