On tap a Capone's. Wow this one has flavor and it keeps coming as you finis your glass. Do you like pepper? Then you will like this one. It appears and pours like a wit. Cloudy gold with a hint of sunshine. Light head that rises and fades with ok lacing. Your nose will enjoy this as many smells hit the nose. Pepper as well as some orange and a slight sweet smell. Did I mention a pepper smell? The taste is complex with the same tones as you smell. In the mouth it bubbles away to a pepper after taste. I as I consumed more the pepper started to overtake all other flavors. I had my four ounce taste and I need water and crackers before the next tasting. If you like pepper this one is for you. I think I am still getting the pepper taste out. Later

Poured from the bottle into a Hoegaarden glass.
A lifeless head that barely makes a pencil thin puck off the pour, leaving a very faint soapy collar that isn't even. Body color is peach amber, dull, and full of lots of sediment even when pouring slowly, with lots of floaties.
Nose though is quite charming. Hints of white wine, and nice peach like sweetness. Some lemon and citrus character but a real nice peach juicy quality, and this wine like yeast character. Real interesing, and very unexpected for a witbier. Really digging it.
Palate comes nicely. A good malt coating, that hints and accentuates the peach sweetness. Some hints of smooth Belgian sugars but with some powdery clove and hot pepper flavors. Nice quenching juicy finish full and lush with citrus and fruit. Spicy aftertaste that lingers with an interesting heat.
This is a real unique witbier and very enjoyable. Quite memorable I'll have to look out for this again.
