Served in a Tulip.
Appearance: dark amber, heavy bubbles on the body. Head itself is slightly off-white thick coming off maybe an inch or so off the body.
Smell: Light hops, comes and goes...could have been a notch more potent.
Taste: Real bitter at first, floral and piney (feels a lot like an IPA). Has a sweet caramel after-taste that is very very addicting. Literally improves as the beer gets warmer. Easiest and smoothest bitterness I've had in a long time.
Mouth: sticky and smooth. Very crisp and bready with a medium carbonation.
Overall: awesome beer, needs to be mass distibuted. I picked this up at superstar Beverage here in Deer Park. Thanks for blessing me with this gem, and hope all of you enjoy this brew as much as me.
Serving type: growler
