The name references a homebrewer who assists at Peaks. I otherwise don't know much about this ale. It doesn't come across as particularly strong, but Peaks only serves it in 10-oz. glasses. And while it is consistent with an amber ale for its dark bronze color and sustained head, the flavor is oddly mocha-like, nutty, and sweet. It's also a bit raw, though exhilarating for this reason.
Idiosyncratic and bold.

OK, first off, I am Mic Sager. I brewed this beer quite a while ago at Peaks Pub. At the time, I was a homebrewer. Recently opened our own brewery, and this beer is now a year round beer at BarHop brewing on the Waterfront in Port Angeles.
It's a good solid Amber.
