Given your choices on Atlanta's Southside, this is a great place to grab a pint and some lunch. The building has an old feel to it and you can tell it's been around for while. At the time of this review, their draught selection has been cut a bit from the last BA to review this place; they have Allagash Dubbel, Magic Hat #9, & Left Hand Sawtooth to name a few. Probably have 3 dozen or so bottle selections including Delirium, several Allagash offerings, Piraat & DFH 90Min. to name a few. Food is pretty good and very affordable. Again, a good place for a BA to pay a visit to if you're on this side of town.

I love stopping by this place for lunch on occasion since I work in the area. Occasionally after work I drop by for a beer and dinner. This little tavern is upstairs at one of the stop lights on Main Street, East Point, GA. The décor is wood and pub signs and done very nicely. The bar itself is a brushed stainless steel and concrete contemporary affair (with added lights) that offsets the otherwise historic feel of the place. There are several pool tables and a set of dart boards near a small lounging area. This place could easily fit into the Little 5 points / East Atlanta alternative scene. They have a really good selection of beer for a South Atlanta location. They have 10-15 taps and at least 40 different beers in bottle. This selection includes a lot of imports and micro beers. They have at least 10 different Belgian beers mixed in as well. If it were closer to where I live I would drink here more often. If you are ever in the Southside check this place out. The food is a step up from average bar food but we are not talking high-end, middle of the road but good and solid.
