The beer comes in a light hazy orange color.
The aroma has immediate big sweet white chocolate candy and syrup along with banana and fruit candy artificial flavors. There’s a bit of wheat in there as well.
The flavor follows with those artificial banana characteristics in the front, then some nice wheat flavors and a crackery malt. Then the beer attacks with tons of sweet white chocolate syrup essence, reminiscent of a white chocolate egg cream.
In the end, this beer has cohesive sense. Why white chocolate with a wheat ale would make any sense is beyond me. However, it is still decently made and could surely blend well with other beers. (I actually blended it with Southern Tier 2x, which was decent.)

Poured a rich, cloudy gold with bubbles going up the glass and three fingers of fluffy white head that left thick lacing on the glass. Very nice, a good wheat beer appearance. Scents of milk and white chocolate, some faint, sour berry-like notes and some faint vanilla. Not a lot going on in the aroma other than the chocolate aromas, very sweet but not bad. Flavors of milk and white chocolate, moderately sweet, with a bit of a hot chocolate flavor that gets more intense in the finish and aftertaste. Sweetness is balanced by some grainy and cracker malt flavors, most apparent on the aftertaste. There are also some mild, earthy hop flavors in the background, some vanilla and a slight hint of sourness. All this works to balance the sweetness of the chocolate flavors and make a good, not overly complex flavor profile that is quite nice. Mouthfeel is medium-light bodied with a moderate level of carbonation and a mouthfeel quite similar to eating chocolate. A good feeling and quite easy to drink, very refreshing. Overall this is an interesting beer. The addition of chocolate to a light American Pale Wheat makes for an interesting combination of flavors that makes this a unique twist on a style I've found to be very homogenous. Quite good.
