Great piney and mango forward nose, but taste is off. Super medicinal. Could be poor draught lines. Will revise if I try again and this isn't truly indicative, though if it is, I can't say I look forward to trying it again.

On tap at Volo. Initially was getting significant yeast character ( this is not a Belgian IPA), and then the hops kicked in and it was OK for an IPA. Quaffable, served at just below room temperature and undercarbonated. Perhaps this is better fresh.Little head.

On-tap at Bar Isabel during the Trou Du Diable takeover.
Beer has a smallish white head with OK retention. Very good lacing.
Bright citrus scent peaks through a waft of Belgian yeast. Orange and lemon are there. A touch of bubblegum.
Some dank herbal flavours tastewise, with Belgian yeast, a bit of bubblegum, a bit of candied sugar and some citrus. Banana as well.
Medium bodied, moderately to highly carbonated and a bit oily.
Overall, pretty good but no standout.

500ml bottle poured into tulip 24/4/12 sent to me by papat444 thanks dude
A murky dark orange with a nice solid two finger light tan head has good retention and leaves a partial ring of lace followed by random patches
S smells like an American IPA with the piney grapefruit and some tropical notes, some sweet malt and a little sauv blanc style cat pee but its much better then it sounds, smells great actually
T more pine and lots of rind opposed to the fruity flesh I could smell, I want to say citra but I could be and I probably am wrong, I get a little burnt brown sugar but I like it, still soild but I prefer the nose
M it has some body and its well carbonated, but I'm more impressed by the nice bitter bite and a little grit left behind that leaves a lingering rind finish that lasts for ever
O I thought this was a great IPA and I'd be drinking it on a regular basis if only I could get it here in Alberta (hint, hint, hoser)
I'm a little surprised this one doesn't get more love, I thought it was a solid example of the style. Thanks again papat444 for sending me one
