On tap at The Only Café. Hazy yellow body and lacy. The yeast gives it a hefe spice banana character, Its fairly drinkable, its fine as a beer, but I have had some really good saison lately. Would like something more spicy or farmhouse, more interesting in the saison/farmhouse way. (283 characters)

On-tap at Bar Hop.

Beer is a cloudy golden-orange colour, with a medium-sized white head that looks solid. Good retention and lacing.

A lot of spices jump out in the nose. Coriander, ginger and clove. Not a strong smell and hard to penetrate through the wall of spices.

Like the nose, the flavour is heavily spiced. Clove, ginger, coriander. Orange and some bubblegum. Comes across as a very spied wit more than a saison. A slightly dry finish.

Medium bodied, strongly carbonated. Chewy.

Overall, the spicing is too heavy for me, but otherwise pretty good. (562 characters)
