A nice coffee stout with a bit of creaminess. It's kind of creamy but not too creamy; be coffee flavor but not too much. Solid, but nothing exceptional. I kind of waivered between 4 & 4.25 on all the ratings.
I got this in a 12 pack with three of each beer and was generally looking forward to the other 3 more than this but this is a solid beer that delivers.

16oz can, tulip, canned 11/6/20.
Very dark brown to black pour with a minimal head, though when you swirl it’s almost milk chocolate colored.
Lactose sweet, sweet cream, fruity and nutty medium roast coffee, roasted malt.
Full bodied, creamy, nutty coffee. Slight acidity and spicy hop. Smooth, creamy flavor and feel.
Light end of medium bodied and very smooth.
Enjoyable coffee milk stout with good coffee incorporation, but only moderate amount of coffee flavor.

Very tasty. Better in a mug than in the bottle. I shouldn't make that rookie mistake again.

From the neck of the bottle, in blue ink: "PKG ON 12/18/19F"
Appearance: The body of the beer is black and it has a short head that is a light khaki color. It has some head retention and some spots of lacing.
Aroma: There is a coffee ground aroma to the beer which is nice.
Taste: It tastes like coffee all the way through.
Mouthfeel: It has a medium body that edges on the upper side of medium. It has a very mild texture.
Overall: The beer is pretty straight forward in the aroma and flavor. It tastes and smells like coffee but there isn't anything else in the mix. The base beer is largely absent under the coffee flavor. The label calls this a "COFFEE CREAM STOUT" and there really wasn't any lactose or typical milk stout flavor. There was a bit of texture so that was nice. If you're looking for a coffee stout then this is worth drinking. I could drink it again if I needed a coffee stout fix.

An engrossing 2+ inch dark khaki foam head in the pour that very, very slowly compressed down while drinking leaving a thin line of foam. A dense dark brown-black beneath the foam head completes the visual. Scent has a sweet maltiness with some roasted notes likely coming from the Rooster coffee. Taste follows, with a smooth malty and coffee flavor throughout. Some hints of darker chocolate or espresso (somewhat bitter and a bit sweetness) exists on the aftertaste. A great coffee cream stout.

I tried this at the Roanoke, VA location. It poured an opaque dark with thin tan head that did not leave much lace. The scent had hints of espresso and roast. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with roast and espresso presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.

On tap at Sigler's in Chattanooga TN.
This essentially black colored ale comes topped with a creamy, durable tan head and carries a fine aroma featuring coffee. The flavor has less dominant, but still obvious, coffee, with fainter suggestions of chocolate and roasted nuts.
Full body with medium-low carbonation.
While lightly sweet up front, this turns mildly bitter in the finish and aftertaste.
