Golden beer with a very thin, bubbly head that's gone almost immediately. Aromas of apricot, florals, and faint traces of vegetable. Pleasing apricot flavor with some notes of breads and florals. Like the raspberry version, this is an easy drinker but nothing extraordinary.

Unpleasant. Almost plasticky-tasting, with an unsettling aftertaste. Once was plenty.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 1/27/2016. Pours crystal clear golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and light herbal/grassy earthiness. Minimal herbal/spicy hop bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of apricot, peach, pineapple, wheat, cracker, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, clean, dry, and slightly grainy mouthfeel that is okay. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a decent fruit beer. All around solid robustness and balance of fruit and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Watery/lacking in mouthfeel, and pretty one dimensional in flavors; but this was still fairly tasty and enjoyable.

Pours a clear amber color with a large fluffy white head. The head is gone in a hurry and doesn't leave much lacing.

The aroma is apricot covered in sugar. Cloying and unpleasant.

The taste follows the nose. Sickly sweet apricot and some sort of candy note I can't quite make out. This tastes like really bad fruit juice.

Mouthfeel is watery with high carbonation. The sweetness coats the mouth like syrup.

Overall, this is a very poor beer that is simply too sweet for my liking. There's absolutely no depth or complexity here. It's just apricot and sugar. The wheat is nowhere to be found.

Whereas Sea Dog's blueberry beer tastes a little too fruity, this apricot beer tastes a little too tart and bland. I forgot what it really was like almost immediately after drinking it and know that it wouldn't be worth going to again.

Yellow beer, looks aal all over it, 1/5" white head. Sweet sugars and apricot in the aroma.

Too much sugar in the taste. The apricot smell and taste wasn't bad, it was just drowned out by the sweet stuff. Can't discern much beyond that. Just artificially sweet to its detriment in terms of perceiving hops, malt etc. . .

Golden color with a somewhat fluffy two fingers head with short retention and lots of apparent carbonation.
Nice predominant and bold aroma of Apricot or peaches in syrup or even strawberries. Hints of bread and floral hops.
Flavor with notes of apricot, gum, some orange-lemon citrusy, wheat bread and fairly neutral hops in the background.
Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness. Apricot is very present, but not as strong as the nose.
Light bordering watery body with strong carbonation (could be a tad lower).
Fruity and refreshing ale, not overly sweet once it is enough dry, but still not wishing to have much more than one or a couple. Somewhat lackluster.

Poured 12oz bottle into snifter glass. 4.7% abv.

Appearance- Pours a mostly clear amber orange with 2 finger head quick to dissipate.

Smell- Fresh, strong apricot aroma, wheat malt.

Taste- A light biscuity malt lends a sweet flavor with a sweet apricot that builds up. The apricot flavor is more than subtle, yet not overpowering. The finish is very clean, not too sweet, and ends with a great balance of apricot and wheat. Sweet finish, not bitter in the least.

Mouthfeel- Light body with good carbonation.

Overall- Despite the low reviews this is a very good and nicely balanced fruit beer. Good fruit and malt use. Very easy drinking and highly agreeable. I would get this again in the future.
