12oz bottle, best by 5/12/2014. Poured into an O'so snifter today, 3/24/2014.

App- Hazy light copper-orange body, one finger white head with good retention and thick, sticky lacing. Looks the part of a good American Pale Ale.

Smell- Dank, floral, grassy hops, a bit of citrus as well. Not much in way of a malt backbone. A little bit of caramel sweetness and that's about it. Hop-forward nose.

Flavour- True to the name, this is a hop-centric pale ale. Floral, dank hops dominate, supplemented by a little bit of citrus grapefruit. The pale malt backbone brings a bit of caramel and a musty graininess. Finish is a bit of citrus bitterness mixed in with some grassiness.

Mouthfeel- Thinner bodied, on the verge of watery. But easy to drink, bitter enough but not overwhelmingly bitter that it gets in the way of my enjoyment as a "just-got-home-from-work" beer. Resinous, dank and appropriately dry.

Overall- Good drinking, nice and hoppy APA. Not mindblowingly good, but a solid buy for an everyday drinking APA.

Pours a hazy glowing orange/straw color with a great two fingers of dense white clumpy head.

An intense aroma of bright, juicy, dank and resiny hops.

The taste has a more earthy and bitter slant with some grapefruit rind. Some medicinal taste in the finish and a bit of resinous pine. No fruity hops as in the nose.

The mouthfeel was a wee bit watery and the carbonation is low/med.

The look and smell was very appealing and the hops shine for a pale ale. It is a good west coast type pale ale.

A- Golden honey cloudy murky, lots of carb bubbles traveling north. Minimal head medium retention no legs

S- A sweeter take on a pale. Bit of honey, medium hop profile sticking strictly to pine and malty profile.

T- A bit watery, but that is how I tend to like them. Some sweetness with the honey.

M- Medium carb and velvety smooth IMO

O- A well done pale. Thanks for the extra!
