A - Fairly clear red/copper. Head dissipates quickly to a thin lacing.
S - Clean, crisp, citrusy. Hint of caramel. Hint of pine.
T - Initial taste when it hits the tongue is citrusy hops. When left to sit in mouth for a few seconds taste turns into a malty/piney flavor with a hint of caramel. Upon swallow, piney flavor really jumps out as well as some bitterness.
M - Lingering taste of pine. Somewhat of a thicker mouthfeel but finishes clean.
O - Overall a very good amber/red. Flavor lives up to what smell suggests. About the right amount of bitterness for flavor profile.
