On my way back from visiting San Diego I stopped in at the Corner Liquor by chance and surprisingly found a decent selection of beers. The owner has turned a couple segments of his refridgerator space into a walk-in beer cellar. To the left of that is also more microbrews. They've got brands like Alesmith, Samuel Smiths, Stone, New Belgium, Rogue, Sierra Nevada, Youngs and various other domestics and imports.
The store is kind of out there in a suburb in the middle of nowheresville away from the center of town. You wouldn't want to make a special trip to San Marcos just for this place, but if you're in the area and there isn't anything better around, this is worth checking out.

I stopped here on the way to a friend's house down in San Diego today, just off the 78 Freeway off of Rancho Santa Fe Drive, next to the Jumping Turtle bar
This place is a meat market with a large deli and a small walk-in fridge in the back filled with mostly microbrews, surprisingly, judging by the appearance of this place, I originally did not think it had any hope
I bought two things, an Alesmith Horny Devil and a 2006 Sierra Nevada Brown Ale, which SN will no longer be packaging, these two beers were right under ten dollars
Other beer included two other Reaper Ales, the double IPA and lager, all of Stone's except for Old Guardian, four different New Belgiums, about ten different Belgian 750 mls featuring Duvel and Chimay, some Coronado Brewing stuff, and three different Ballast Point
Prices were pretty normal even though my bomber was seven dollars, but it was old, hopefully it held up this long, six packs are around nine dollars for the craft stuff
Cashier was not very helpful and did not really know what I was talking about when I asked him if they had any other older Stone products
Pretty good selection for the type of place it is, nothing special to look at, but has a few hidden gems inside, I was lucky to find the two vintage brews I did, I would go back here if I was ever passing by again
