22oz bottle 3/4th of which is poured into my Duvel tulip. I love this glass!
A: A deep caramel-amber with a light tan fluffy head. Sticky lacing as the head recedes. Very appealing
S: A well balanced IIPA aroma here -massively hoppy yet malty. Tons of pine hops (i'd swear this is a pineapple beer!) along with a lots of intense lime notes too. The malts are the sweeter variety with a lot of sweeter caramel appearing.
T: I little sweeter than I'd like my IIPA but still very good. I love the mango notes as this one starts off. The mango fades out to a sweet malt backbone and the finish is all hops - long and bitter
M: Enjoyable. Thicker than either the Hopslam or Alesmith IPA but still delicious. An enjoyable way to end the night
D: Split this with a friend. Seriously.
