This brew pours a deep ruby orange color with one finger of khaki/white head. The head fades slowly and is thick and bubbly. (As opposed to thin and bubbly, or craggy). The smell reminds me of fruit loops, berry, orange, and lemon show up. A bit of mango and peach too. Bits of herbal pine resin smell as well.

The flavor is much more pine than in the smell, but not overwhelmingly bitter, which is nice. The fruity aspect really comes through too, making the whole thing very big but at the same time easy drinking and balanced. The alcohol is hidden well and the body isn't too thick or syrupy, which makes the texture come off as kind of light, but in a good way. Mango, peach, lemon, and orange come through for the fruity side. All and all a really good, although I'm sure "top notch," DIPA. Glad I got to try it all the way out here.
