Pours a cloudy dark straw with almost two big fingers of white head. The nose is pleasantly hoppy. The flavor profile is mild even for a single IPA and the body is a touch light for the style.

Enjoyable, but nothing special.

On tap. Golden color with ample pillowy ivory head.

Nose is slight citrus and floral hops

Taste is clean citrus grapefruit with some cracker and bread. Become more bitter further into the pint.

Feel is medium with medium carb. Some bitter aftertaste.

I had this at the Parkway in Tacoma as a Randall. Shawn added citra and chinook hops to it. It was an overall solid IPA. The hops added in Kent more to the smell than the taste.

22oz. bottle served in a can glass. Bottled on 11/17/2015. Pours a hazy burnt orange with a dense, one inch, cream-colored head. Nose expresses earthy/piney/floral notes and the merest suggestion of caramel malt. Taste follows nose - flavor profile is a little malt forward and there's already a suggestion of oxidation. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body with an even carbonation and a light acidity. All and all, pretty non-spectacular example of the style. Perhaps a bit past its prime, but I wouldn't think it would have dropped off this much in three months.

Golden orange color, cloudy with a big white head. Has very strong citraic aromas of lemon, which leads to a very refreshing first impression. Also some minor floral notes, grapefruit and mango. This is pretty much what you can expect from an american IPA, loads of hops unleash on my tongue right after tasting the lemons. Very convincing, straight, aggressive hoppiness which kicks in very early. The fruits support the hops so well, they don’t stand out on their own but create a perfect opening for the following hop flavours. Taste is overall not too complex, but very convincing, because of the hop intensity. Malt plays a minor role, puts the ale into some balance, adds a floral note, but is not the important part about this beer.

Poured a hazy apricot gold with a thick fluffy head that rode the wave a long time, leaving dots and streaks of lacing.
Bitter pineapple orange on the nose.
Taste follows with some sweetness mid palate. Bitter grapefruit dry finish.
Low carbonation. Medium mouthfeel.
Nothing overpowering. Nothing underwhelming. A pretty solid ride.

22 ounce bottle poured into a tulip glass

A: Pours a dark hazy orange color with a bright white, fluffy head, not much carbonation, great head retention and lots of lacing, looks really good.

A: Lots of citrus, grapefruit peel, slight pine, no alcohol on the nose, big bright aromas, not picking up any malts or sweetness on the nose, smells big.

T: Not as bitter or citrusy as I expected, slight citrus notes, some malt in the middle, finishes with grapefruit peel bitterness and dry.

M: Medium body mouthfeel, dry finish.

O: A good example of a West Coast style IPA, great aromas and appearance but the taste was not as promising. With so many IPAs out there I most likely will not reach for Wipeout but I definitely would not refuse if offered.

7/28....Pours bronze with medium white foam. Fruity nose. Heavy bitter. Pine. Grapefruit. Juicy. Bursting with flavor. Loads of bitter, but intertwined well with the maltiness. Solid.

A- Poured with a thick 2 finger head. Thick hazy look, with a Amber and Orange color.
S-Did not get a real strong aroma from this beer, but does have typical piney and citrus aroma of a lot of American IPA's.
T-Rich piney flavor, very slight citrus with a long lingering finish.
F- Creamy
O- I think this is an very good IPA typical of a west coast style. Not the best I have had, but good.

L: Pours hazy gold crowned by a 3” clingy persistent white foam collar with a fine, uniform bead that perches above the rim of the glass.
S: Grassy, minty, floral, citrusy hops.
T: Rich malts with a light caramel sweetness lead off with traces of fruit, citrus, giving way to a drying hop astringency on the finish with long lingering hop bitter aftertastes.
F: Very creamy smooth rich texture softens a medium body.
O: A big full flavored IPA well worth repeating.

On tap at Nor'east Beer Garden. Pours a cloudy burnt orange color with an inch of frothy head. Some lacing. The aroma is citrus hops. Orange, lemon and some slight dankness. The taste is orange, lemon, and some floral hops. Slightly dank finish with some light floral notes. Hints of tropical fruits. Lightly toasted malts. Medium bodied with a good deal of carbonation. Overall, solid IPA.

I like heavier IPAs overall so if you are into a cleaner or smother IPA this would be a good one. Smell is ok but the best part of the beer is it's beautiful color.

Appearance: Classic orange golden color with a one finger off white head

Smell: Classic ipa aromas as well. Orange and light lemon with a grainy malt undertone

Taste: The hop presence is still there but a stale malt presence is getting in the way

Mouthfeel: Medium body; super crisp with a nice dry finish

Overall: This is solid, but nothing out of the ordinary for an ipa. Id like the grainy malt to be dialed back a notch. Still very crisp and drinkable

Hazy yellow, rich foam. Grapey, fairly bitter, but not overwhelming, medium mouthful, refreshing. Cousins: Brewdog's JackHammer, Thornbridge's Halcyon, Bevog's Lumberjack, Zmajska Pozoj. Great summer IPA. Love Port Brewing. Must try this and Old Viscosity if you're searching for extraordinary beers.

I've only tried Mongo from these guys other than this, but this is their best effort as far as I'm concerned. Bought in a bomber, it's just well balanced with a clean finish. Not super complex, but really solid.

On tap at Row 34 in Boston, MA.

This one pours a hazy bright orange, with a tight half inch head, and lots of lacing down the glass.

This one smells quite fruity, with some dank and zesty floral aromas as well. Not quite as expressive as I'd hoped, but still good.

This one tastes pretty similar to how it smells, a good dosing of tropical fruity hops, some spicy grassy flavors, some dank marijuana-type flavors, and no malt backbone that I can detect at all. All about the hops here.

This is medium bodied, with a crisp and very juicy mouthfeel, and a moderate level of carbonation.

A really good example of a West Coast IPA. This one is a hop attack at its best.

22oz bottle poured into nonic. Appearance is clear orange-brown with a two-finger off-white head that settles to a cap. Chunky rings of lace are left on the glass. Aroma is hop-forward: grapefruit, orange, tropical fruit, some herbal notes. The malts contribute bread and caramel sweetness, too. Taste is medium-high bitterness, with citrus peel, pine, and floral flavors. A light sweetness comes through with caramel and biscuit. Medium body, creamy and resinous texture, just a bit more carbonation than average, bitter finish.

Duvel glassed it from 22oz. Looks hazy apricot, very nice, long lasting head and accompanying lacing, head just sticks to the glass . Picture perfect.
Tastes/drinks like a Belgium strong ale. Hops are there, but they take a backseat to the refreshing crisp drinkabilty. Very mild residual finish...
I'd get it again in the warmer weather.

Look: Pours amber and cloudy with a foamy head.
Smell: I had to practically dip my nose into it to get anything. Faint aromas of hops to the like of Heineken. Edit: from the bottle, a lot more hops.
Taste: This IPA taste like a really good Heineken. Some malt and maybe some citrus? Maybe? Supposed to have huge hoppy flavor from 5 different hops. Maybe I got a bad batch.
Feel: This IPA isn't as thick and meal-like as others. That being said, it falls off the tongue quickly and makes for a quick drink.
Overall: This would be a great IPA to share with a couple of friends at a summer BBQ. Has that feel of "please drink more of me".

Has a good initial taste. Sort of tastes like fall beers. It also has a hoppy lager taste to it but it's not a lager. I would still prefer lagunitas ipa or even pizza port ponto.

This truly is one of my favorites...nice look with a gorgeous frothy iceberg head that sticks around till you last chug..nice hop bite up front with a blend of tropical fruits mid palate that blends very nice then more hop bitterness and maltiness on the back end...I have nothing negative to say about this beer it just works in every way..

Just about average for me, seemed to drink like a typical California IPA, but without the big tasty hop bite. Looking forward to trying others from Port however.

Poured into a pint glass from a 22 oz bomber. Reviewed 10/19/2014.

Color is hazy orange with a one-finger white head. Decent retention and lacing. Aroma is citrus and tropical hops with a hint of toasted caramel. Flavor is similar to the nose, with orange and mango flavors on the palate with a generic bitter finish. Body is on the lighter side - probably still medium but much lighter than I expected.

Overall, a very good IPA - not amazing, but I certainly wouldn't be sad to drink it again.

A: Burnt orange with a two-finger head that settles to a one-finger height then lingers
S: Orange, mango, florals, toasted malt & a touch of caramel
T: Less expressive than the nose, notes of citrus, toasted malt & caramel
M: Medium-bodied
O: I like Mongo better but this is a very solid IPA, definitely worth a try

Picked this up for just 7 at D's Six pack in Swissvale.

A - Much less sediment than the Mongo IPA but still very hazy. Head is OK with just a 1/4 inch that settles to a nice sticky ring. Orange amber peach juice color.
S - Much less intense than the DIPA I get mild citrus hops, some bready malts and a bit of sugary malts. Very faint though I was surprised.
T - Has a good herbal bite to it that lingers on the palate a bit. Has a good balanced cracker malts and a touch of sugary sweetness. Love the lingering bitterness.
M - Light to medium in body very easy to drink.

Overall much bitter than I expected wish the smell was more aromatic but the taste made up for this. Well worth the money to try it!
