Pours a very cloudy golden honey color, huge fluffy off white head with not much lacing. I noticed when I poured it, it had a tone of chunky sediment in it. It looks more like wheat beer with the cloudiness and sediment.
Smells of sweet hops, floral, with a nice pungency.
Tastes strong of grassy hops up front, smooth middle and a bitter dry finish.
Feels just slightly over-carbonated, and nicely boozy, nice body, not thin or thick.
I don't know if the filter wasn't working, but the sediment is really off-putting for me. Other than that, I really liked the flavors of this beer. Bright and strong, a lot of what I want from an IPA. I had this on tap before and liked it a lot, but I definitely don't remember the cloudy-sediment I got from this particular bottle, at least the flavor is all good.
