A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has visible particles floating in suspension. It poured with an off white head that died down and left a thin layer of bubbles consistently covering the surface.
S: There are citrusy aromas in the nose—grapefruit stands out in particular.
T: The taste is dominated by a moderate amount of bitterness from the hops, which also lend citrusy flavors.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: It would be difficult having more than one of these beers given its bitterness and alcohol content. Nonetheless, it is a solid representation of the style.
