Our Pale Ale is a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. An abundance of Cascade Hops gives this beer a citrusy, floral nose. We use a high percentage of Caramel Malt to provide a stark contrast to the hoppy front palate, giving our pale ale a smooth, malty finish.

From a bottle into an imperial pint glass. Best before date is 5/2008.
Looks like a pretty solid brew after the pour. Beautiful, orangish/amber color. Lively carbonation w/ a nice head that dwindles to a lace. Unfortunately, the aroma kills it for me. I tried to get something from it, but the aroma is nil. There is a faint "ricey" aroma followed by a miniscule amount of hops. I waited for it to warm up a bit and still nothing.
The taste of this beer is a little better with the aroma, but not much better. There is some bitterness from the hops, but no discernable citrus or floral flavors from the hops. The malts are present but it tastes a little bland and once again, rice like. The flavors aren't horrible, but just not that exciting. The mouthfeel is ok for a beer this style w/ a nice light body. It is crisp beer overall, w/ lively carbonation.
Overall I wasn't terribly impressed w/ this beer. I love pale ales. This is not one that I love. Its better than a macro lager, but not much. I like the fact that this is organic and would like to see more organic beers. Unfortunately, I'd rather drink a better non-organic beer at this time. Maybe as organic ingredients get more readily available, these beers will improve. For now I'm gonna stick with my pesticide laden hops and malts.

Poured it. Got a small head. Pours light gold in color with some carbonation. Smelled really good, citrus smell and I almost got a hint of pineapple or something that reminded me of it with the citrus/sweet smell. The taste is a little hoppy. Definitely some citrus and grapefruit stand out right away with a subtle sweetness that lingers in there. Clean and refreshing taste. Overall it's pretty good beer

Appearance - Pours a gold with two fingers of bubbly effervescent head.
Smell - adjunct aromas, biscuity malts, leafy hops, slight hint of lemon, hay.
Taste - Predominately malt based followed by the leafy hops. The adjunct aromas are there but not as potent as in the aroma.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with very high carbonation. Finishes dry.
Overall - A lackluster APA that needs a lot of tweaking. A better substitute for a macro type beer but nothing worth seeking out for.

Amber, lightly oranged. Lightly hazy. Not so beautiful foam, off-white.
Light smell, malty, biscuit hint, light hop.
Light taste, same malty and biscuity notes. Il slips away, leaving almost anythng in the aftertaste.
Just a bit of hop.
Nothing remarkable.

I agree with A bros and consensus views on Peak and on their Pale Ale.
A: Flattish - Pours a clear golden color that behaves like a mass made beer with a modest head that retains and laces only a little.
S: Toffee, sweet butter, plus earthy hop. Again sweet buttery like mass made.
T: The best part. Follows smell with biscuity, toffee flavor that flows into an earthy, grassy hop finish. Nice finish, but bland and light.
F: Light body with mid carbonation, thin.
O - Nice organic, sessionable, but vanilla pale ale.
