Notes/Commercial Description:
Our Pale Ale is a complex hybrid between a West-Coast Pale Ale and a British-Style Pale Ale. An abundance of Cascade Hops gives this beer a citrusy, floral nose. We use a high percentage of Caramel Malt to provide a stark contrast to the hoppy front palate, giving our pale ale a smooth, malty finish.

Pours a very clear copper color, very nice, with a pretty big head, the bubbles are a bit loose, and don't leave a lot of lacing, but still this one has a great look about it. The smell is kind of wimpy. There's a bit of leafy, slightly herbal hops, with a little squeeze of citrus in the background. The malt is nice and bready in the nose, a little sweeter than I'd expect. The taste is nice, but it doesn't really stand out. There's a nice malt presence, bready, an interesting battle between sweet and dry. The hops are leafy, slightly pungent, and there are some mild fruity esters. An interesting beer, but I feel like I've had it before. The mouthfeel is normal. Kind of medium bodied, low carbonation (maybe just low for the style). It's an enjoyable beer, one you could drink quite often if you wanted something safe an interesting. For the right price I might buy it again.

Great bubbly aroma and visual appearance and very crisp taste, however didn't excite me as much as I had hoped though it's flavor intrigued me to want to taste more of the flavor! I really respect a crisp taste on a beer even though it is not their most well known beer, so I will definitely try their stronger IPA next, good things expected. This one was a little disappointing especially living so close to the city
