12 oz bottle was poured into a mug at Estelle's.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that for the most part is still there. It is a hazy pale yellow yellow with vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Floral, lemon, bready wheat, and pale malts.
Taste: Nice lemony tart hop characteristics, citrus, pale sweetness, and chewy wheat malts. Some bitterness in 5 he rear too.
Mouthfeel: Crisp, refreshing, light bodied, tingly bitterness, and low to medium carbonation.
Overall: Pretty solid summer brew. I'll revisit this one again in the near future.

My first from this brewery. Kudos for the can!
A: This is a beautiful beer! Pours golden yellow with hints of copper, not unlike wheat. A surprising amount of frothy white head atop that lasts and lasts. A good amount of lacing on the glass which tends to slide rather than stick. Very active and lively carbonation, perhaps too much.
S: Sweet floral notes with a surprising amount of hops on the aroma and a grainy, earthy backbone. A tad bit of rubber bubblegum. Alcohol is almost undetectable.
T: Follows the smell pretty well. Sweet and cloying up front with floral notes and a bit of spiciness. Thins out towards the middle, quickly becoming bitter with a ton of citrus. Grapefruit rinds dominate the aftertaste. Honestly, quite tasty.
M: light bodied, carbonation is lively but not as overpowering as it seems to be on first look. A bit thin, not much bite, but dangerously drinkable.
O: Took a chance on this one and I couldn't be happier. This is a very solid fridge beer and I look forward to getting it again, this may even top Trout Slayer Ale as my favorite wheat beer. Would pair very nicely with white fish. A nice first impression from Peak Organic, I will have to seek out more of their offerings. Cheers!
