This is a very good beer. It poured the hazy pale yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent carries a gin like flare with touches of mild pine and hints of citrus. The taste has a great Czech pils base with a neat pine/gin twang. The mouthfeel is m3edium in body with good carbonation. Overall I am really enjoying this beer.

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.

Poured a hazy straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured grassy herbal hops and a biscuity pils malt.

The flavor was round and delicate as it should be with a springy herbal hop and moderately chewy pils malt.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a gentle carbonation.

Overall a very well made and tasty pils.

Poured into a tulip glass.
Bottle date: July 07, 2014
Pour date: August 18, 2014

APPEARANCE: pale, honey yellow with a tall 2 inch white, foamy head. Beer shows some sediment and cloudiness. Honeycomb lacing around walls of glass, and head reduces to a little puck in the middle.

SMELL: smells like fresh pine and wet pants with a nice mellow grain.

TASTE: I'm getting lemon-drops, grass, and pine needles. Very well-balanced; neither the hops, grains, or malts overpower. This beer I'd say is aromatically hop-shifted, while the flavor is grain-shifted. Great level of bitterness - makes for a crisp finish. All the flavors dissipate together linearly.

FEEL: pretty bubble and burp-inducing. Not a very filling beer, fairly thin-bodied, but the big flavor makes up for it.

BURP: very pleasent
