This is a very good beer. It poured the hazy pale yellow with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent carries a gin like flare with touches of mild pine and hints of citrus. The taste has a great Czech pils base with a neat pine/gin twang. The mouthfeel is m3edium in body with good carbonation. Overall I am really enjoying this beer.

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.

Poured a hazy straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.

The smell featured grassy herbal hops and a biscuity pils malt.

The flavor was round and delicate as it should be with a springy herbal hop and moderately chewy pils malt.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a gentle carbonation.

Overall a very well made and tasty pils.

A - Pale golden body with bubbly white head. Modest retention but nice lacing.

S - Light citrus hop

T - Nice dry pine and floral hops. Malts are doughy and spicy.

M - Medium/light body with moderate carbonation. Slick and slightly thin.

O - This was very enjoyable. But I would have preferred a stronger malt presence to give it more body and balance.
