A - Pours clear gold with smallish, thin, 1/4 inch pure white head that lasts a short period of time. Dissipates to a very thin almost non-existent ring with no laces on the glass.
S - Grainy malt with fruity esters. Alcohol present. Most background beer aroma is hidden by up front pumpkin pie spices (nutmeg and cinnamon).
T - Strong flavor of pumpkin pie spices. No pumpkin flavor to speak of. Cannot discern any hop flavor through the overpowering spices. Leaves a lingering sensation on the palate similar to how I would imagine living in a spice cabinet.
M - Thin body with carbonation bite. Mild bitterness. A dry finish, almost sour or astringent, follows a moment of sweetness. Leaves the lips sticky however.
D - Drinkable in a pinch, but probably will not buy another 6 pack. The wife bought this one. Thanks Honey.
Overall - Light body and easy to drink, but too thin and too heavy on the spices. Maybe that is what they were going for here and I suspect it is popular with the masses. Basically, a thin beer with spices poured in.
