Poured from an undated bottle into the test glass.
A - A slightly hazy deep yellow color, column after column of tiny spheres rise relentlessly upward. A cap of 1/2 never goes away.
S - Brett, wet hay, honey, thin hint of sulfur, Cheese rine rolled with ash. A rise in temperature releases notes of white wine and apricot.
T - With all that aromatic symphony, the taste runs in a relatively narrow band, brett, some very nice minerality, a bit of orchard honey, and stone fruit.
M - Medium in body superbly carbonated, the start is tart, then quickly a sweet streeker runs through, with the hoopla, the mineral dryness is next and lingers for some time.
O - A fine Assemblage indeed, the total construct is quite delightful, the zinfandel barrel is not pronounced, the use of the mixed culture and Brett is deftly executed. The brewer avoided the Brett overload. The body is quite robust. A treat worth trying.

The aroma offers funk, white grape, tart, white wine, crab apple.

The flavor follows with white wine, medium tart, bit of grainy sweetness. Onto light popcorn butter. Light dry tannins.

Beautiful looking beer, cloudy light golden with lots of carbonation and quite a big that disappear quickly but still leaves a nice amount on the top.

Awesome smell from the wild yeasts, good tartness and funkiness in the nose. There's a little bit of hops in the nose also.

In the mouth it's incredible, you really taste the wine since it's barrel aged, as well as the funkiness from the yeast and a medium bitterness from the hops.

Nice mouth feel, lots of fuzziness.
