12 oz bottle into a snifter.
A - Amber, brownish color with a large fluffy head. Good retention and nice lacing.
S - Good balance malt/hop with an earthy character. Quite dry to the nose.
T/M - Some malt upfront. Frank, dry bitterness at the end. Carbonation on the high side. Medium body.
O - Not bad but lacks some complexity. Is my bottle not fresh enough?

Massive amount of foamy head, never quit. Smooth mouthfeel, a decent IPA with a good drinkability.Very slight hoppy aroma. Medium mouthfeel, though above average carbonation.A little grapefruit citrus.Lots of toasted malt. From recent St. Hubert visit.

341ml Bottle from Broue haha for around 3$
Appearance - Clear copper colour with a large size fizzy off-white coloured head. There is an average amount of carbonation and there is some good lacing. The head lasted for 5 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Malts, caramel, hops/herbal notes, cooked vegetables, hay
Taste & Mouth - There is an above average amount of carbonation and I can taste caramel, lots of hops, and malts. There is also lots of floral notes and something along the lines of a cooked vegetable.. not sure which one. It ends with a malty dry very bitter aftertaste.
Overall - I was surprised at the hoppiness.. it might even be a little too bitter. It's out of balance and needs some work.. it also needs to lose the odd vegetable scent/taste.

Bottle: Poured a nice amber color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry floral hops is quite pleasant with dry caramel malt notes. Taste is also a nice mix between some dry and lightly astringent notes with floral undertones and a nice dry caramel malt backbone. Body is slightly fuller then average with good carbonation. Well rendered IPA with English hops. Definitely something I would see myself seek again.

A: Copper, clear. Nice foamy head on top. Adhere quite well to the glass too.
S: Caramel malts, very typical for English IPA. The hops are subtle.
T: Caramel malts again. Slightly bitter at the end. I can't pinpoint or find the hops flavor.
M: Medium body.
D: Easy to drink.
This one requires some finishing touch to make it better.

Second taste of the Brasserie Dunham rebranding after the disappointing Harvest Ale. Hoping for the best.
Poured into Sam Adams Perfect glass.
A- Very clear, beautiful, dark copper. Nice amount of head and lacing. Decent retention.
S- Waxy envelope to it all which reminds me of lip balm. A part from that, it definitely smells like an English IPA. Caramel maltiness which brings hints of strawberry and bubblegum. A bit of hot alcohol. A bit of root beer and boiled green as well.
T- Well bitter up front. The rest is much like the smell. Not too much boiled green though, which is good. Taste is better than the smell.
M- Medium carbonation and body make for a slightly chewy mouthfeel. Moderately dry.
D- Very good if... I don't smell it before every sip.
Well, the smell ruins it for me and the taste has good and bad.
