Cloudy amber in color with a nice white bubbly head. Hoppy smell, you get lots of grapefruits, bananas, watermelons, oranges, strawberries, nice nose. Tastes similar to the smell, really earthy taste too with an intense bitterness. A good Imperial IPA but nothing special.

A:
Dirty gold-orange with a middling film of beige head then nothing but a little ring. No retention; skinny little strands of lacing. Actually kinda gross looking... (3)
S:
Sweet and fruity. Floral and juicy, brown sugar, pineapple juice with some bready malt underneath. Kind of subdued (3.75)
T:
Earth, citrus, bitter, juniper. Dry piney sap, some slight tropical fruits holding it up, some sweetness but otherwise very straightforward. (4.25)
M:
Bright, fine, fizzy carbonation with a medium body and a lingering resinous finish. (4)
O:
Good IIPA.
This one doesn't look like much pouring into the glass but is otherwise pretty damn good. It is sort of sweet smelling, bitter, and feels substantial in the same way a hefeweiss does to me. It is a straightforward, simple, well-made beer with a piney bitter bite.
I am now on a mission to find this one fresh, because I imagine it is noticeably better (especially the aroma). Overall, though, a well-made big IPA.
Will have again; worth finding. (4)

Bottle from Peluso in Montreal. From notes.
A - Cloudy orangey dark golden pour with no visible carbonation. Creamy one finger white head. Good lace rings and a half finger of retention.
S - Lot's of citrus, lot's of pineapple and lemon. Nice.
T - Grassy as hell. Dry fresh hops. Grapefruit, citrus, less pineapple, leafy and vegatal hops. Floral.
M - Very bitter, good carbonation, medium to full body.
O/D - No wonder it's so bitter, it's 133 IBU according to the bottle. A pretty well done DIPA. Maybe a touch too bitter, but I enjoyed it. Good flavour.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy pale orangey color ale with a rather large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of citrus hoppy notes with light fruity ester. Taste is dominated by quite strong hoppy notes with some citrus notes and some dry bitter notes. Malt presence is felt but doesn’t play a huge role in the flavours profile. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Well brewed though a bit below my expectation coming from this brewer. The Nelson Sauvin and Amarillo hops were not a dominant as I would have expected.

Fresh bottle from Veux-Tu. Mother of all floaters, with tons of solid green hop looking matter. A lasting head. Mild hop aroma. IBU and bitterness is right there, getting the Nelson citrus fruity. This could have been good drinkability, cut rather cautious.
