Appearance: It has a nice hazy orange/pink color to it. It has a nice thick light pink head that dies down moderately fast and leaves some spotty lacing.

Smell: The aromas definitely give out hints of sweet raspberries, tart fruit, wheat malts and some bready yeast.

Taste: Like the aromas, it has some sweet juicy raspberries (almost jam like), some tart berries, wheat malts and bready yeast.

Mouthfeel: It has a low/med carbonation with a nice overall balance and feel.

Drinkability: It's a very smooth drinkable beer accompanied with good flavors and aromas.

Poured from a 750ml bomber into a pint glass.
A special thanks to Seblp for the bottle.

A nice pinkish-red color pouring a big bubbly head that sticks around for a while and leaves nice lacing. The nose and flavor are very similar dominated by raspberry, with a bit of sweetness but lots of dry tart fruit. It is very crisp and clean with a lot of carbonation. A great, crisp, clean saison, perfect for those summer months…and not too bad in the cold ones either.

Deep pink-red colour, 1.5 fingers of light pink head with a ton of lace, really nice to look at. Smell has a ton of raspberry, jam and sweet fruit, some wheaty malt and yeasty points but its just a lot of all things raspberry (juice, jam, berry) all the way through. Taste is initially a mix of sweet fruit and tart berry, wheat and a bit of spice as well here, more fruit in the finish and aftertaste, a bit drying as well. Medium carb, medium body. Not bad though perhaps just too much raspberry jam/juice and not much else, but quite nice and pretty drinkable.

Special thanks to hoppypocket for sending this beer out west.

A : Pours a clear and muted raspberry colour with white billowy head that holds its shape like mouse with plenty of lacing.

S: Sweet raspberry, like a soda, with background scents of wheat.

T: Pronounced tart raspberries, not sweet like the smell, followed by grains and hints of yeasty bread.

M: Clean, tart, crisp and refreshing with active carbonation.

O: A bright and refreshing saison which highlights the raspberries, both in the scent and the smell. While the smell was sweet and almost some like, the tartness of the taste was surprisingly unexpected and delicious. Another tasty brew from Dunham.

Had at Dunham's 2nd anniversary last Saturday.

Minimal lacing, red-pink body. Tart in aroma and flavor but delicate. Could never mistake this as a wild ale (which it isn't). Fresh raspberries with Belgian spices. Was left a little wanting though the flavor is authentic. Prefer DDC's Solstice d’Été which is the local standard IMO.
