12 fl oz brown glass bottle with standard pressure cap served into a miniature hefweissbier glass in high altitude Castle Rock, Colorado. Reviewed live. Expectations are low. This is me first beer from this brewery.
A: Pours a two finger head of slight cream, fair thickness, and average retention (~ two minutes). Colour is a transparent yellow.
Sm: Ginger, light lemon peel, unrefined barley, and hints of corn. A moderate strength aroma.
T: Bland barley with hints of corn atop joined by foul esters. Imbalanced, with a poor finish. Musty. Built okay. Simple, boring, and bland all around. Awful awful finish that ruins the drinkability.
Mf: Smooth and wet, with a bit too much thickness. Too coarse on the finish.
Dr: Hard to drink due to its low quality. I'd never have this one again.

12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden orange with a fizzy white head that quickly disappears.
The aroma is sweet honey and some earthy vegetal hops. There might be a hint of ginger, but only because I'm looking for it hard.
The flavor is some honey and muddied earthy malts and a small touch of ginger. It has an unpleasant aftertaste. The mouthfeel is thin to medium and watery with no carbonation.
Overall, not impressive at all.

Review based on notes
Pours amber with 1 finger of sand colored head. Above average lacing & head retention
S: Ginger & not much else
T: Ginger, honey dryness & orange peel up front. Floral & faint citrus hops as this warms. finishes with more ginger & dryness
MF: Medium bodied with low carbonation & some stickyness
Drinks alright, nothing special here, reminds me of a ginger-alt beer I home brewed for Christmas. The ABV is well hidden

12 fl oz bottle served in a pilsner glass, reviewed live:
A - Pours a transparent straw golden color with an extremely thin, white 1 finger head. Retention is poor. Generally unappealing.
S - Honey, clean barley, and light spice. Extremely mild and simple.
T - The ginger finally comes through, but it's too subtle. The beer is sweeter than it ought to be. Not really balanced very well.
M - Entirely too smooth and wet. The light body is nice, but it would be far better if it were more crisp.
D - better than I thought it'd be, but far from good.

Although I would say it is not quite like the Juju Ginger by Left Hand, this brew certainly has its merits. The ginger taste is easily distinguished and goes very well with the honey sweetness. I think this beer is a bit too sweet and could probably use a little more hops, but overall it is a good summer brew and provides a nice surprise. Certainly a tad better than I expected it to be.

Pretty clear golden beer. Nice herbal aroma with a little bit of ginger. The taste is much better than most blonde ales. The ginger is very present and I like it! Very nice clean crisp taste, but not too sweet. Some honey (as promised). Fair amount of malt
Very drinkable. I like this one. Much better than my last Crabtree beer.

I am always looking for a summer alternative to hefeweizen and I may have finally stumbled upon it. The pour created a big, fluffy, off-white head with great retention. The color was a deep amber with a slight cloudiness. The nose was ginger-spicy, making my mouth water for a taste. The mouthfeel was medium and the ginger was prevalent on the tongue. The finish, however, had a nicely honeyed sweetness to offset the ginger bite. Very refreshing. This was a winner.

Pours a slightly hazy, yellow/straw color. 1/3 inch head of a white color. Good retention and slight lacing. Smells of strong ginger, floral, pale malt, and hint of hops. Fits the style of an American Blonde Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong and fresh ginger, slight pale malt, hint of hop, and a hint of citrus. I feel this should be an herbed / spiced beer more than an American Blonde Ale, but nevertheless. Overall, good body and aroma, but the blend is strongly influenced by the ginger.

A - Golden color with a nice clarity. Almost like a golden lager appearance. The head is small and light, with a medium retention.
S - Ginger Bee is an excellent name because there is an over powering sweet ginger smell that is still apparent when served cold. Once warmed slightly you get a strong ginger smell with slight a sweet hoppy side.
T - Deep ginger flavors are complemented slightly with the malty flavor and and mild hoppy after taste.
D - Excellent for the every so often beer. Great addition to the variety of flavors that beers offer.

Upon opening, absolutely no smoke comes out...like at all. Upon pouring it pours a white one finger head that laces some and has okay retention. Overall, it would look better if the head retained more. The body is a bit like a wheat beer. It is pale and yellow; this is not really like an adjunct lager but more like the shade of yellow that is just a shade paler than normal yellow. It looks okay but its probably not my schtick.
It smells subtly of ginger and honey...maybe some malt...and I smell a bit of citrus also..which is weird. Smells nice.
Before tasting this beer, I was unimpressed and almost scared to taste the beer (as I observed, whiffed, and wrote on this review). Upon tasting it, it tastes way way way better than you may think upon impressions in smell and appearance. It tastes of wheat first of all. The wheat taste makes this a delicious beer for me. Other than the dominant wheat (not as dominant as something like Boulevard wheat from KC, Missouri), there is of course ginger. The ginger taste is subtle. This is a GOOD thing because a beer overpowering with ginger seems to me to be one that is not as enjoyable. I can taste some honey and maybe some citrus (or maybe Im delusional in smelling and tasting citrus). The aftertaste is a nice wheaty bitterness that makes you want to drink more.
The drinkability and mouthfeel are nice. Other reviews compare it to the drinkability and mouthfeel of adjunct light lagers, but I disagree. It is smooth and not too carbonated making it easy to drink combining with the taste to make this a really enjoyable beer.
Overall, in my opinion most of the reviews of this beer highly underscore it. It is in my opinion much more enjoyable and delicious than most reviews on BA say. I love the wheaty ginger taste as well as how it goes down. If I can find it again, I will buy it. It was hard to find this time I actually got it.

Pours a semi-cloudy pale color. Lots of foam. Pretty similar to an American wheat in appearance, but that foam lacing is more sturdy.
Ginger comes out first, but isn't overwhelming. Honey and hops follow suit in equal parts. While this is a blonde, it also has a husky slightly medicinal wheat character as well. Still, it's easy to keep going back, sip after sip. The honey adds character without sweetness, which likely relates when it was added.
Not too bad, and not dumbed down like it could have been.
If you like any of the elements to this, give it a try. The sum of the parts and surprising balance makes this pretty solid.

A) Golden colored glass struggles to hold a thin white head.
S) Some ginger, more of a ginger ale quality than a Ginger-Ale. Some floral elements too.
T) Ginger (duh), candied but not hot. Overwhelms most other beer like flavors. Sweet finish gives a quick taste of malt. Nice ginger flavor, but it could go higher.
M) Medium body and carbonation
D) Nice beer, bit mild for my tastes, but I'm glad I got to try it!

Presentation: 12 oz bottle, flowerly label, no date.
Appearance: Rough pour leads to a thin head, fades quickly. Light yellow color, a bit of bubbling.
Smell: A bit of ginger and some sweetness.
Taste: Thin mouthfeel with very little carbonation. Taste is herbal honey, a bit of ginger.
Overall impression: Meh - this taste kind of like a flat ginger ale. I definitely won't be buying it again.

Pours a little cloudy, tastes deeply of citrus, and ginger. Sweet and mellow profile not complicated with too much bitterness but some spicy notes makes a wonderful summer brew. Found many of the ladies drinking it instead of cheap mass market beer.
Really enjoyed it in a wide mouth glass which opened the profile up a lot.
Deff drinking this all the time.

Pours a one finger soda pop off-white head over a brilliant gold/copper liquid. Smells fresh ginger, salt, lemon balm, and honey. Tastes wet sweet with strong ginger flavor, but no piercing ginger zing. Thick, almost syrupy finish with flowery honey. Lemony light fruitiness. Md-thick, sticky sweetness. Carbonation is just a fine stingy on the tastebuds.

Poured a medium golden color with a lot of carbonation on the pour. It kept a very small white head. Nose had a very small amount of honey, mostly ginger and it was a little effervescent. Taste was very weak. I tasted the ginger, slight honey and maybe an alka seltzer. Steer clear.
