I was served a pint from the tap at Kimo's Sports Bar in Richland, Washington.
A: It had all the visual characteristics of a stout...thick black body with a dark chocolate head and modest lacing. There was nothing distinguishing or different from any other stout on the market.
S: The aromas were difficult to coax from the glass. I picked up faint whiffs of coffee and dark fruits. There was no detectable aroma of chocolate or hops or alcohol.
T: It initially presented a sweet and roasted malt profile, followed by a tangy coffee flavor. All of the flavors were diluted and weak making it difficult to differentiate flavors.
M: Shockingly, for an oatmeal stout this brew had no body. At best it is a light body brew that is thin and watery. It was more reminiscent of a black lager than a stout.
D: Never again...even if offered free. This is not a beer that will attract a serious fan of quality brews to the stout style.

Its not merely that this oatmeal stout is bad. Its astonishingly bad. It catches me off guard with its badness. Its difficult for me to recall ever drinking a stout this awful. I like the way the tight nitro foam stays afloat with such structure that even five minutes after I put the glass down, the head still frames the absence where my lips pressed down upon it. And the aroma is fine a touch of chocolate.
But the taste is tortuous. It tastes like both the fire and the fire extinguisher. Like the aftereffects of a four-alarm blaze. Like charred embers. Like something scraped from the barbeque grill. In truth, I couldnt drink more than half the pint. It is uncommonly bad.

Served on nitro at Kimo's for $3.50.
This was a dark brown color with a big, creamy off-white head. Fair amount of lace.
The smell was mildly roasty, with notes of coffee and sweet chocolate. Not a terribly assertive nose, but it smelled like a stout.
The taste was similar to the smell. It tasted like a mediocre stout that could've used a little more oomph. It was well balanced between the sweet and bitter aspects of the style, with the bitter, roasty qualities standing out a little more, keeping it from being too sweet.
While it had the smooth mouthfeel associated with the style, it didn't have enough body. This can possibly be blamed on it being served on nitro, I suppose. I'd be interested in trying this without the nitro to see if it would be different.
A decent stout that I think I prefer to the other Tri-Cities draft stout available at Ice Harbor were I forced to choose between the two, but not a terribly memorable beer and certainly not worth a trip to Kimo's by itself.
