Just started working in the area so stopped by to check it out. Decent selection. Nothing too crazy but I did find a few brews that have been off the shelves for quite some time (sierra nevada 30th stout & last years BCBS). For 6'ers really nice selection, but for bombers better than your avg shop but nowhere near the selection you can find at other places. I picked up a few bottles & was offered a complimentary glass which is always a nice bonus. Staff was friendly, but when I asked about DFH big bottles I was told that they have trouble getting DFH so they try but get what they can so that gives you an idea on where they fall short relative to the competition, but what they did have was more than reasonably priced. I will definitely return, but don't expect to find rare releases here.

Under new ownership and their quality has vastly improved. You're not going to find any whales, but I'd say this is one of the top 5 bottle shops in Suffolk county in terms of selection. Like most shops though, the staff is friendly but lack any real knowledge on the beers that they carry.

I wholeheartdely agree with the reviewers above me. This place has a very large selection of top-rated brews and the selection keeps growing. They carry EVERYTHING from Stone, Victory, Rogue, Ommegang, Smuttynose, St. Bernardus, Southampton, you name it. Unlike some places that carry one or two brews from each brewery, this place stocks them all unless they are seasonal. What really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service. The owner tries to get everything I want unless it cannot be sold in New York. For example, today I gave him a list of about 20 brews that I wanted and he is calling me back to let me know what he can get for me. I always leave with a free goodie (usually a nice glass) and the staff is nice to my kids when I go there (lollipops anyone?)

A very good selection of beer here, much more than I anticipated. Most of the usual suspects are here, plus some I've not seen elsewhere locally, such as a few from Middle Ages (Syracuse). Prices were generally about where they should be, and several beers appeared to be marked down on special offer. I just went in to grab a six pack and briefly check the place out for future beer runs, but I ended up in there for ages - my brain overloaded and spoilt for choice. It would definitely take me a while to work my way through this place...but it's a mission I'm prepared to accept!

This is a standalone shop on the busy north side of Middle Country Road. I was there on St Patrick's day, so there were huge displays of Harp, Guinness, and Smithwick's. As you venture further into the shop, you'll find a solid variety of micros and (mostly British) imports. I didn't notice a good deal of Belgian beers, but there were a few. For the most part, all the best stuff is on the shelves, and not much of it in the refrigerators, which means if you're looking for something cold, your range is limited. But there are two taps (both Blue Point) toward the rear of the store, and the staff was helpful and courteous. And they were the only place I've found in the area to actually carry LongShot, which is what I was looking for. So, if you're around the area, stop in. It's a nice little place.

This is pretty much a warehouse filled with beer. Located directly East of College Plaza/Boyle Road on Middle Country Road, it should be relatively easy to find. I was recently in here and noticed a whole shelf of Rogue Brewery stuff in addition to Trappist ales and a variety of products I had not noticed there before.

I told the owner that I haven't seen this much good stuff here before, and he informed me that he recently started getting a lot of quality products in again. He had tried once before, but no one bought it. I'm not exactly an expert, so I'll refrain from naming off breweries. Besides the Trappist ales, Victory, and Rogue, my memory/knowledge fails me, but go see for yourself. If you live in the area, I suggest you support his endeavor because the selection here is wonderful right now!

A large warehouse style store, located on 25, just east of Nicholl's Road.

An excellent selection of craft brews. Their stock included four selections of Blue Point, 4 selections of Saranac, 3 selections of Sleeman's, SNPA, SN Summer, SN Stout, SN Porter, SN Wheat, Victory Hop Devil, Victory Hop Wallop, Victory Storm King, Anchor Summer, Anchor Porter, Liberty, Anchor Steam, at least 4 SA selections, at least 4 Brooklyn selections, Mendocino Blue Heron, etc.

A good selection of hefes and English ales. Not so many Belgians to speak of though.

Additionally, there were three taps running for filling up growlers.

Overall, an excellent place.
