World Market has a small wine and beer section (the beer section is particularly small). They have some of the more common imports and micros, nothing too out of the ordinary. I thought they were a little pricey, not horrible. I do like the rack of singles which seems to represent most of the beers they offer, even if I can go down the street to Target and get most of them a little cheaper, even as singles. Probably not worth going out of the way for, but worth checking out if nearby, and its particularly convenient if you live or work in the area.

Random selection of beer, and overall pretty small. I've been to World Markets from coast to coast at this point, and this was one of the smaller selections I've seen. The beers they offer are from all over the country, as well as some imports. My problems came along with the beers being all over the place, mixed amongst each other, being poorly displayed, not being set-up above the correct prices on the shelf, etc. It really was disappointing to see a fairly managable selection and quantity of beer be so chaotic in it's display. Prices weren't bad, and they have single bottles available to do mixed 6s and so on, but what a pain in the ass to try to figure prices and what not. If I'm in the area I might swing in again, but I am not going to make a special trip by any means.

The World Market has a reasonable selection of craft beers, both domestic and imports. They also sell singles for $1.69 a piece and you can compile your own six pack from this section. They also have about 4 different "Beers of the World" and "Beers of America" type multipacks featuring a selection of different beers.
Today the beers in the store included Unibroue (La Fin du Monde, Trois Pistoles); Sierra Nevada (Stout, Pale Ale, Summerfest, Wheat Beer); Anchor (Porter, Liberty, Steam Ale); Samuel Smith (Oatmeal Stout, Nut Brown Ale and at least one other which I forget...might have been India Ale); Chimay (Blue and Red); Ringwood Old Thumper; Young's Double Chocolate Stout; Guinness; San Miguel and some Italian beers and quite a few others - but I've just listed the ones I remember.
Prices were $7.99 for a sixer of Sierra Nevada, $10.99 for a 4 pack of Trois Pistoles, $8.99 for a 4 of La Fin Du Monde, $9.99 for a 4 pack of Sam Smiths.
It's not going to ever be the best beer source in the world, but it's pretty good by Central Florida standards - although things are picking up around here now - 18 months ago when I first arrived here there was literally NOTHING, now we have 4 sources that have opened up. Must have known I was coming!
