This beer poured an opaque orange/red body with a big white head
The nose was a nice mix of malt with a lovely citrusy hop smell.
The taste was light to medium bodied with a very light carbonation. Right away it had a very english style bitter taste to it. Subtle caramel and reddish ale flavors. There's firm in your face mellowed bitterness accompanied by a nice earthy hop touch. It ends with a very present mellowed bitterness
Very interesting. American Red? I suppose. A very nice red ale that actually tastes more like a classic english bitter. Really a nice taste though and something I wouldn't hesitate having again.
