Served on-tap at Seven Sows in Asheville, NC

A: Pours a crystal clear medium amber in color with light amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and copper highlights. The beer has a quarter finger tall light beige foamy head that reduces to a thin film and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate aromas of floral hops with lighter aromas of pine and citrus/orange hops over the top of very light slightly sweet malts.

T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of slightly sweet malts with some hints of caramel and light fruit (apple/pear) which is followed rather quickly by the moderate floral hops and light pine hops. Light amounts of bitterness in the finish which fades rather quickly.

M: Just less than medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hints of dryness. Slightly thin.

O: Should accomplish the stated goal of the beer (for drinking during the 48 hour jam session) as it is very easy to drink and very sessionable. Nice light and enjoyable flavors.
