12oz bottle poured into a snifter. 01 24 14 inkjet on the neck.
A: Pours a hazy pale light yellow with a dense white head on top. Just a little bit of visible carbonation. Very nice lacing on the sides of the glass.
S: Nice fruity hop aroma as soon as you take a whiff. Lemon peel and Belgian yeast intertwine in the background
T: Well crafted flavor that remains balanced and doesnt over power. Starts off with a grapefruit like hop flavor that blends with the lemon peel and coriander.
M: Medium body with a creamy aspect to it from the belgian yeast. Very drying on the tongue. Remains easy drinking.
Overall its an enjoyable one that adds another dimension to the IPA lineup that Sierra Nevada is accumulating. The seven varieties of experimental dwarf come across as fruity and low in bitterness.
