A - A standard pour yields three plus fingers of lavish ivory colored frothy goodness with a bit of a rocky top comprised of large and larger chunky bubbles... Excellent retention... The color is an exceedingly pale golden straw color... There is a faint haziness throughout... A modest bit of carbonation which starts slow at the bottom of the glass before reaching a moderate pace towards the top... Splotchy lacing clings to the sides of the glass...
S - Freshly sliced oranges... Orange zest... A bit of coriander... A slightly spicy wheat kick... Lavender... Some faint floral notes as well... A very pleasant and quite pleasing aroma with very nice nuance...
T - A surprisingly sharp hop bite to start... I'm not sure if it was the whole hopped application or the experimental varietals, but the end results seem to be too aggressive for my tastes and not appropriate for the style... Wheat... Honey... Orange zest... Lemon zest... A very light spiciness throughout... The finish has a fairly strong metallic presence...
M - Dry from the get go... Ultra crisp... Light to medium bodied... Limited carbonation... The dryness continues to intensify throughout...
D - Starts very promising in terms of appearance and aroma... Quickly falls back to the pack in terms of taste and mouthfeel... Decent, but not something I would venture to drink with any sort of regularity...
