12oz bottle into SN hop glass. Packaged 5/29/14.
A: Pours a clear pale straw color with a finger of soft, bright white head. The head faded into a fuzzy film that left streaks of lace down the glass.
S: The nose reminds me of jasmine tea. I get hoppy scents of tea, sweet tropical fruit, and bready pale malt.
T: More jasmine on the nose, with clean finish of pale and crisp bready malt. Very clean and delicious flavors. Hints of tropical fruit come through as well, and the finish has a note or two of bitter citrus.
M: Clean and crisp mouthfeel from a light body and chewy and smooth carbonation. Not watery, just clean and easy.
O: Really interesting jasmine flavors in this one that I have not encountered in a beer before. I loved it and would drink this often.

Pale gold, frothy foam, fingers width of head. Drippy lace around the edges. Thin veil across the surface. Bright clarity, pretty nice looking.
Clean lager yeast hits the nose first, along with a crackery pilsner malt aroma.
Taste is snappy and crisp with a light yet firm hop bitterness that lingers into the aftertaste. Crackery malt, light grassy hop taste. Light feel, easy drinking. Overall well put together, something I'd drink again.

In my pilsner glass this beer was a light gold color. There was a medium-sized white head and a little bit of lace.
Very fragrant. Mostly floral, but also a fresh, outdoors type of aroma.
Hop forward. Grapefruit up front, then some floral notes, ending with more citrus. Great taste.
A crisp, refreshing beer. I would drink this anytime.

12 oz bottle. Pours clear yellow with a big rocky white head that retains well and laces the glass.
The aroma is sweet cereal malts and floral noble hops with a little fruit.
The flavor is sweet bready malts with a lot of noble hop bitterness in the finish with some slight metallic notes. Some fruit comes out in the middle as it warms. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with slightly spritzy carbonation.
Overall, a nice hoppy pils. A little too sweet and metallic.

I thought this one was pretty good, not sure why so many low reviews. Its not as good as an authentic pilsner but its close. Beer is extremely clear and light with a nice Czech hoppiness to it. Finish is a little harsh but not bad.

Serving glass: Poured from bottle into Pilsner glass.
Appearance: Clear light gold with good sized white head and okay lacing.
Smell: Very balanced mix of apple, citrus and tropical notes. Slight hay and straw in the background. Smells good but a trifle mild.
Taste: Some of the typical Pilsner notes of apple, straw and pepper but augmented by citrus and tropical notes. Everything is integrated together nicely and nothing stands out too much. Hoppy but the bitterness is more in check than some traditional German or Czech Pilsners.
Feel: Moderate carbonation with a medium body. Seems more Czech-like here or even like a Helles. Dry finish.
Overall: Nice take on a Pilsner. Despite the unique hops, it is very balanced and refreshing overall. Ultimately, not that different from other very solid Czech Pils. This may disappoint some, but I am fine with that.

Bottle poured into a pilsner glass
A - Pours a crystal clear straw color. A one finger head retains big soapy bubbles and leaves nice lacing on the way down.
S - Smell is very typical of a pilsner. Grassy and earth hops give way to crackery and bread pilsner malt on the back end.
T - It drinks a little stronger than expected as the nose was a little weak. A very nice grassy hop bite at the front. It finishes with a nice classic pilsner malt breadyness.
M - Finished nice and dry, crisp, and clean.
O - If this was a regular, I would drink it frequently. This is on the same plane as Prima Pils and The Crisp. It's hard to call it a german or czech style due to the prominence of both the hops and the malt. It's very well balanced and goes down so, so easily. Very. very well done.

On tap at the Happy Gnome in St. Paul, MN. 6 oz. serving as part of a flight.
Appearance: Color is a deep golden orange. Small white head. Moderate amount of bubbles.
Smell: A very floral and earthy hop forward aroma with good hints of grass and fruit. Upfront presence of floral and earthy hops with hints of grass and spicy pine resin. Fruit hints of orange, grapefruit, lemon, and kiwi. Solid bready malt presence with hints of caramel, grains, biscuit, straw, and lager yeast. A pretty solid hoppy aroma.
Taste: Like the smell indicates, a floral and earthy hop forward taste with notes of grass, pine, and citrus. Floral and earthy hops with upfront notes of spicy pine resin and wet grass. Fruit notes of grapefruit, orange peel, lemon zest, and kiwi. Solid Pils malt background with notes of biscuit, grains, caramel, straw, and lager yeast. A nice hop forward taste.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Nicely oily, bitter, and drying with a smooth finish.
Overall: A pretty good twist on a Pilsner. Good upfront kick of floral and juicy hops with a solid Pils malt backing.
