Appearance- Nice, clear, pale beer with brite white head that slowly ades to layer and leaves thin, sticky laceing.
Aroma - Very light, soft and herbal, really ought to be more forceful
Taste- Bracing bitter sneaks pale malt sweetness through the back door, which turns bready and consumes everything for a bit. Hop taste is very herbal and floral with the piney/ resinous character lurking down in the depths, not at all what I was expecting from Sierra NEvada (which was a big sticky cascade bomb). Tart fruit notes emerge. Then bitter bite comes back in a sharp punch in the finish. Sounds kinda like a train wreck I'm sure, maybe it is, but I'm way more into this than I expected to be.
Mouthfeel- midwieght, slick, and a bit sticky from the bitter
Drinkability- While this is certainly not the best IPA I've had, it is one of the most drinkable, I could do few of these without getting worn out.

A nice copper big with a big head. It has pine and oaky smells. You can't smell the hops in the aroma, but you can once you taste it. Great IPA for someone who isn't into IPA's and who doesn't enjoy that hoppy taste. Goes down smooth, with a pleasant aftertaste.
