Appearance: Bigfoot pours a medium copper color with amber highlights. A couple fingers of light caramel colored head forms, and retention is very nice. Some slightly chunky lacing remains.
Smell: Plenty of caramel malts in there, along with some floral and citrus hops and slight booziness.
Taste: Caramel malts form the base of this beer. There is a bit of booziness, and a lot of floral and piney hops on the back end. Finish is pretty bitter.
Mouthfeel: This beer is medium bodied with fairly low carbonation. It drinks very smoothly. I think this beer will definitely benefit from sitting for a while. It is very hoppy, with sharp flavors right now.
