Poured from a 12 oz pottle into a pint glass.
Fingertip and half worth of fuzzy head. Head was slighlty yellow in color, and slowly diminished.
A full-colored golden wheat amber in appearance, like a lightly varnished deck. Sweet and hoppy in aroma
Very clean tasting, excellently carbonated and slightly spicy. Hoppy-tasting, but wasn't overwhelmed. Pine flavors with hints of lemon, grapefruit and a soapy astringency. Slightly bitter aftertaste. Bready and biscuit malts present.
An excellent brew for pairing with food I must say. Thoroughly enjoyed with some home-prepared belgian endive smoked salmon boats.

Pours a nice dark copper color with large white head, and good lacing. Aroma is of caramel malts and a touch of citrus smell. The taste is similiar to the nose with sweet malts up front. There is a little bit of hops bitterness in the middle and it finishes with a bit of citrus.
Mouthfeel is on the lighter side.

Overall this beer had a lot of pop to it. It was kinda fizzy to me but it had a good hoppiness to it and it was a little less pale than other "pale" ales. I'm not sure if I could drink a lot of these but I think it's damn good beer. Maybe if the taste wasn't as strong on the hops I'd like it better.

Reviewed from notes. Poured from 12 oz. can into a pint glass.
A: Clear, medium gold, good-sized white head, and medium visible carbonation.
S: Cracker malt, light citrus, pine and grass hops. Clean and fresh.
T: Follows the nose well. Lightly hoppy, and balanced with the cracker malt's sweetness.
M: Light body, no alcohol to speak of, and a good amount of carbonation sensation.
O: This is solid. Nothing that you'd go far out of your way to seek out...but a sixer of cans watching the water for dolphins...can't be beat.
