Ap: Golden caramel honey color. A nice thick inch of head with exquisite lacing. A beer that screams, "Drink Me!"

Ar: Piney, earthy with a bready aroma. The beer smells inviting and attracts the nose as well as the taste buds.

Ta: Earthy, citrusy and leafy hops with a delicious bitter bite carrying a nice piney aftertaste. This beer is full of flavor and you hardly will find it mundane. It is very sessionable and requires adequate appreciate for hops.

Mf: Smooth and frothy with a a healthy dose of carbonation. The beer has a delicious bite as the hops take over.

Ov: While far from the greatest beer, it invites itself as a sexy destination for novice beer drinkers converting to the wonderful world of craft. The combination of a beautiful bitter flavor, fulfillment and economic price point makes the beer a great full time option. It becomes the beer of choice once you realize many BMC choices are not that much cheaper than what Sierra Nevada has to offer.

A wonderful Pale Ale that hits the spot in every way. This one deserves to be in everyone's fridge.

A: A nice dark copper color with a nice, thick and creamy head that stays with you to the end.

S: A subtle hop smell that allows you to smell the sweet malt profile.

T: A very nice balance of hops and malt flavors. A ry nice sweet flavor that allows just the right amount of bitterness to come through.

M: Excellent carbonation with a slight hop bite. So very balanced.

O: Excellent beer. It has a great balance of malt and hops, and it allows you to just sit back and enjoy it.

Being a hop head, you wouldn't think this would be up my alley, but I do concede to perfect flavor when it warrants it. And this one does just that.
