A - Two fingers worth of fizzy, yet rocky, white snow colored head... Loads of rushing carbonation throughout... A muted mustard yellow color... Lots of sticky white rings form around the glass during the session...
S - Very slight aroma all the way around... Faint hint of sweet lemon... Wheat... Really not too much else going on here...
T - Loads of wheat and grain... Lots of bread and biscuit... Liquid lemon cough drop... A slight hoppy kick on finish... Astringent aftertaste...
M - Rich creamy foam touches the lips first... This is followed by massive amounts of fizzy carbonation on the tongue... Light to medium bodied... Pretty smooth, but a tad on the thin side...
D - Sorry to say this, but aside form a solid appearance, this reminds me of a glorified macro... Weak aroma and taste... Average at best mouthfeel... The 4.4%ABV does make it quite sessionable, but I'm not sure I'd want more than one...

Comes in sturdy like it isn't just yellow, there is some auburn running up in this. Decent clarity for a wheat beer. Smooth up in ya like the Bullet Boys. 1/2" white head. Aroma dropped a seriously fruity yeast like a steam lager in here with ample wheat.
Mild earthy hop quotient, mild nuttiness with the wheat presence, like that bread with all the sunflower seeds and shit in it. One of the more underrated summertime beers back in the day.

This was my absolute favorite beer from Sierra Nevada. I still have a couple stored away, never to be had again, but to create a memory to hold onto.
What has always been my favorite wheat beer, this was far superior to their current filtered wheat (Old Chico Crystal Wheat).
I'm longing for the day that Ken and Brian decide to bring this one out of retirement, even if just for the Chico community. One can dream, right?
