Presented in the standard SN stubby 12oz bottle and poured into a standard pint glass. Has a clear orange color and a thick white head that slowly recedes and leaves behind chunky lace.
Smells of moderate citrus fruits; nothing real strong. Just a nice orange peel aroma. Decent malty notes underneath. The taste is pretty standard for an IPA; a good citric pop and hops bitterness balanced by a firm bready malt backbone. The feel was medium-bodied and a decently carbonated.
Overall, a solid IPA. Has good drinkability, especially with spicy foods. Not a great vesion of the style but a good one nonetheless. Worth a try.
